- Most 3PLs are running real orders within seven days. Customers, SKUs, locations, and rate cards import from CSV in the setup wizard, and warehouses ship with working defaults rather than a blank configuration.
- Does it work on warehouse tablets and offline?
- Yes. The mobile surface is an installable PWA built for Android tablets, with camera and hardware scanning, offline queuing of scans, and automatic sync once the device is back on the network.
- How does billing capture work?
- Every handling, storage, cross-dock, rework, pack, and ship event writes a billing record against the customer rate card as it happens. Invoices aggregate those records, so nothing is reconstructed from a spreadsheet at month end.
- Can SkidFlow AI integrate with our other systems?
- Yes. There is a documented REST API with scoped keys, cursor pagination, and idempotent writes, plus HMAC-signed webhooks for order, inventory, invoice, and EDI events. Inbound EDI 856 and QuickBooks Online invoice sync are supported.
